Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before sending anything back. Items shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange a solution.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • Clear photo or video evidence
  • Your full name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Order number

We’ll respond as soon as possible to assist with a replacement or resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return under this right, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

This right applies in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee.

Please note that processing times vary by financial institution, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
